Perrin H. Long CEC, CCE, AAC
Perrin H. Long resides in Wolfeboro where he and his wife Julie own and operate The Barn at Moody Mountain Farm, a popular wedding venue. Previously he worked as a culinary instructor at Portsmouth High School and Southern New Hampshire University for 22 years before retiring in 2017. Chef Long is an avid gardener and is currently assisting his daughter Madeline with the opening of North Main Café in Wolfeboro. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in 1981, he has worked at numerous restaurants in Nantucket, New Orleans, Florida, San Francisco, Wolfeboro and Portsmouth and holds a Masters Degree in Gastronomy from Boston University. He is active in the American Culinary Federation, Skills USA and Pro Start.
