Barbara Sanders , CCE AAC, is a certified culinary educator now retired after teaching culinary arts at the White Mountain Regional High School in Whitefield, NH, for 19 years. She is a member of the American Academy of Chefs and was the first woman to serve on their board of trustees. She was one of forty chefs to represent the US in South Africa on the World Cooks Tour for Hunger in 1993.
